Bought and delivered w/o any issues. The baskets on the door are very helpful - for ice cream, etc. The basket at the bottom is fantastic for bags of bulky items. The shelves are large enough to keep everything organized. Now I can actually see at a glance what I have and where it is. LOVE this freezer!

I bought this about a month ago to replace a chest freezer. It is so much easier to find things in this one!

I was originally going to buy a short 5 cubic foot freezer, but changed my mind because 1) it had about the same footprint as a full size, so I might as well get more storage space, and 2) the short one wasn't self-defrosting, so I'd have to unload it, connect a drain hose, etc to defrost. So this model was a much better choice._x000D_ Delivery was terrific, the guys wheeled it up to the door on a dolly, then used carry straps to take it the rest of the way. They removed a door where the freezer was a bit too wide, and replaced the door afterwards. Excellent job, and they were done with the whole delivery in about 10 minutes. _x000D_ The freezer itself is awesome. I love all the storage space, and the directions had helpful tips about loading it to ensure the food was well protected._x000D_ I like the power light that gives a clear indicator that the freezer is working and the food is safe._x000D_ I have no complaints at all, this is a great freezer.
