We bought the Frigidaire freezer about a month ago, and we are very pleased with it. We can now see at a glance exactly when we have in the freezer. It is highly superior to our old chest freezer as we always had to do some digging to get what we wanted.

This is a great addition to our home. We needed extra freezer space, but have a tight stairwell to the basement - this fit. This is roomy on the inside, though, holding lots of food. Love the green exterior light to show its functioning. Interior light is nice, as is warning alarm if left open, for piece of mind.

I grew up with a large chest freezer and just remember having to move things around searching to find whatever I was looking for. So I wanted to try an upright hoping it would provide easier access to contents, This unit was the right size and price I was looking for and would recommend._x000D_ _x000D_ Door seals very tightly, has a green led light at bottom of freezer that allows you to know it is on without opening the door._x000D_ _x000D_ Interior is nicely lit and comes with 4 adjustable wire rack shelves and 1 pullout wire basket at the bottom. Has 5 not very deep fixed door bins._x000D_ _x000D_ Easy dial control for more/less cooling._x000D_ _x000D_ Reversible door._x000D_ _x000D_ 1 year warranty._x000D_ _x000D_ While having the upright does make it easier to find something I did find a problem. The shelves are completely flat so food can easily slide off if stacked. Would be nice to have a little edge/lip to help hold things. I am looking to get some plastic baskets with holes to hold items and still allow for air flow._x000D_ _x000D_ I have had a 2nd utility Frigidaire refrigerator for years and it has run without issues. Hoping for same with this unit. Overall a nice freezer.

I purchased brand new and 47 days later it stopped working correctly and destroyed over $1,200 worth of meat. I’m out all of that money and have been waiting on a repair from Frigidaire since June 4. The customer service people at corporate were rude and only gave me $50 for my “inconvenience”. Still waiting for the repair...

The freezer is on recommended setting and stays at O• It is very quiet, you have to be standing next to it and really listening to hear it run. Great value.
