We bought this a few months ago and it meets our needs perfectly. We love that it is upright so that we can keep out frozen items better organized and they are also easier to get to vs a chest freezer. Great purchase!

I bought this freezer to use in my garage in Arizona. I was dubious that it would be able to overcome the summertime heat we experience here. It has done a fabulous job cooling and keeping things frozen even when the garage temps soar well over 100 degrees.

We wanted extra storage for frozen items and with the pandemic and the uncertainty that accompanies it we did some looking around and settled in this freezer. It's priced right and holds a lot. We've got chicken, burritos, lasagnas, ravioli, assorted vegetables, juice, dinner rolls, butter, ice packs... bacon...veggie burgers..._x000D_ _x000D_ We like the room, the quietness, and the leave of mind that comes with know we have a little extra for ourselves and maybe to share. I highly recommend this freezer.

Freezer was delivered 07/08/2020 3 days later,ice began to build up inside the door. I called customer service.I also noticed the body of the freezer on the hinge side was bowed about a half inch. I was given the name and number of a service repair company in my area with a confirmation number. I made the call. They said , unless I purchased the freezer from them, they do not make service calls for Frigidaire. I called Frigidaire back. On hold for 30 minutes. Finally got to talk to someone. They had no record of me ever calling. Rather than going on.....I have made at least 7 calls and 3 plus hours on hold to Frigidaire customer service trying to get this piece of junk repaired or preferably replaced with no results. They could possibly have the worst customer service in the industry. Photo and video are provided.

This is a good fit for my lifestyle. I open the door and all of my options are visible. It is easy to maneuver, quiet and I especially like the outside door light.

We are very happy with our purchase of this freezer. It is easy to organize and see the contents of the freezer. It freezes well and I like the green light showing that it is working.
