We've had the fridge for two weeks and are enjoying the middle drawer. However, the handles on the standard doors are not smudge resistant. I think the dimensions posted online are also off by 1/8 inch, perhaps those being for the counter depth model. I had to adjust the cabinet above it for it to fit. So far it's keeping our food cold and seems to better than our previous brand, but only time will tell.

We have had the fridge for about 4 weeks. It has a great, reliable ice maker in the door. there is so space inside, from an excellent use of space and it has exceptional lighting.

this is a good refrigerator with only a small problem. There’s a lot of operational noise with this unit. The water pump is a little annoying.

We bought this under a month ago and it is defective. The custom-temp flex drawer does not work at all. We have been waiting to have the problem looked at. It is an expensive product to not be working properly. The store we bought it from is passing the buck to Frigidaire. It’s incredibly frustrating that after 3 weeks we still have no solution.

It was a little bit of a struggle to bring into my house as my entrance was slightly too narrow and I couldn’t remove the drawers because everything was riveted and some drilling would have been required. I needed to tear apart my door frame to get it in but I was successful. Other than that the fridge is great lots of room plus a second drawer where I can use as extra room for the fridge or extra room for the freezer depending on the setting I chose. The ice machine doesn’t crush the ice as much I wanted to but it’s still a nice feature to have. It took a while to make ice the first time but after I read the manual on what is recommended for water supply it works flawlessly not to mention the nice water pressure as well. I have to say I was surprised on how well it keeps my fruits and veggies fresh in the crispseal drawers, and the lighting is incredible

I bought this fridge almost four weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. For the first three weeks the freezer wasn’t working because the fridge didn’t come fully charged from the factory. I lost hundreds of dollars in food because of this and wasn’t able to use the freezer. I’ve also had a consistent water leak from the water dispenser and from the ice machine inside the fridge causing water to pool in the side compartments, snack drawer and crisper. Fridgidaire sent out a technician and told him it’s a know problem and I’d need to empty the ice dispenser daily. Where is daily required maintenance listed in any description or manual for the fridge? Now of course they won’t refund my money because they don’t think it’s an issue as it’s a known problem. Apparently if problems are known they don’t require a solution. Absolute garbage.

This fridge is terrible. First it came with no refrigerant charge from the factory . Then the ice machine leaks daily . I’ve had it from one month to replace a kenmore that lasted 30 years. Worst decision ever !. Frigidaire sent a technician to fix the refrigerant but has yet to address the ice machine . They stated we need to empty the ice tray daily.. why would we need to do that ??. They have stated the next technician sent will have to charge for this design flaw . In one month we have no solutions from this company!!. Technician said it was a known flaw. Anyone with a positive review must be working for them !!. Terrible! Stay away!

We bought this to replaced our 31 year old Amanda refrigerator which finally run out of life. So far we are very happy with the performance and features of this refrigerator. The freezer compartments provides lot of capacity for frozen food storage. The various filters and air flow design will make a difference in terms of maintaining an even internal temperature and in ensuring food will last as long as possible. Will wait and see the yearly costs of the filters replacement. The self closing doors are a nice feature with a buzzing sound if the doors are left opened. Overall it is performing well and as a well designed product we will look forward to enjoying it and hopefully there won't be any surprises.

Besides the top shelf adjustment could have a little more room my wife and I are very happy with it. Water and ice dispenser is very roomy. Many drawers and compartments for storage.
