It seems Frigidaire removes reviews below 3 stars as mine and several others with 1 star are no longer showing even though they were all added in the last 2 months. Nothing inappropriate in any of them other then a theme of the same issues. In my case I have had this fridge for two months now and the ice machine has never worked since it was delivered. I have had two service calls including today and still no ice. The first replacement showed up defective and today the tech couldn't get the original one out, even with help from Frigidaire directly. I am not impressed with them or this fridge.

We purchased this fridge after we did a complete renovation on our kitchen/main floor. It is great. The flex drawer is awesome. It has so much room for our deli meats and cheeses that we no longer have to cram them into a small deli drawer. We can also keep about 12 cans of pop in there. Water is nice and cold! Makes a great amount of ice. There is more than enough room for everything. The only piece we didn't like, and it doesn't take away from 5 stars is the left door, top 2 trays. When put in the top two spots, you cannot get anything in the second tray down. We just removed that tray and did not use it. Now we can fit taller items in the tray that is left. The one we removed is now a spare in case one breaks down the road. Could have used some better spacing between door trays. Otherwise, couldn't be happier!

I bought this fridge and have had nothing but problems with it. I had to call the service centre and wait on hold for 20 minutes and a service guy came up 4 times he said he was recommending they replace it but nothing happened. I called again and now they want to send another service guy, this ice machine has never worked, I had to take days off work for when the service guy comes and now this will be 5 days I have had to take off just to get this fridge that cost over 3000 dealt with!! Frigidaire your service and fridge suck!!!

Purchased and delivered however the doors needed to be adjusted. I went to the store I purchased from only to be told I had to do this online myself. It took 3 hours to speak with someone that could help. Quebec, Ottawa and even the USA only to be told it was cosmetic and I could do this myself. To add to my frustration I was emailed a how to document. After posting on Google I received a call and someone is coming out next week to fix the issues ( I hope) Needless to say, I was in tears over this experience.

Love the flex drawer. The Fridge has a lot of space and love that that water dispenser doesnt occupy any extra fridge space. The doors on the fridge with little effort making it inevitable to leave the doors open._x000D_ _x000D_ The only issue is that the doors scratch easily so am not putting any magnets on the fridge.

I was looking to replace my previous fridge and LG which died prematurely. I was specifically looking for one with the middle shelf with custom functionality. I had it before and I loved it. Not to many options outside the LG and Samsung, but this Frigidaire has it. Also it has a great interior design, in fact it is better organized than LG, I love how much I can fit in the doors. I do not really use ice, so I chose a model with the icemaker in the freezer, more space on the top part. Also the asymmetrical door size is great, good design idea. So overall very pleased with the fridge. Will see in time how reliable is, to soon for this but everything else, design wise is great.

Everything keeps going wrong. It’s noisy it just quits working on some sections like freezer or third drawer. The water dispenser spews water everywhere , the freezer light stopped working a d now it keeps beeping. Oh and we bought this nightmare 5 months ago

This was installed a month ago and I love it. I love the optional fridge/freezer drawer and you can make it colder for drinks. Drinks don’t take up all the room in the regular fridge. The freezer has good organization. Lots of room on the doors for condiments etc. Snack drawers are shallow but still work for snacks. Great fridge!!!
