I was worried about buying counter-depth fridge because I thought there would not be enough space inside, but the layout is great and it is very spacious inside._x000D_ But...it is very loud. There are popping noises and strange sounds coming from the fridge all the time and after 3 months the icemaker began to leak water all over the floor. _x000D_ Customer service was helpful when I called and I am currently waiting to hear from the repair man. I shouldn't have to be waiting for a repair man on a 3 month old fridge :(

We had delivery of this fridge just over a month ago. Love the fridge, room, shelf space, except the left door is not lined up and cold air is escaping, ice is building up in the back of the fridge. So far, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, yellow peppers and celery have frozen in the crisper! ?We have been back to Home Depot, have a service call in, email confirmation of our service call but nothing further! Very frustrating. Cannot afford to continually throw out vegetables!!

I got this fridge for my newly renovated kitchen and I was excited about it, countertop depth, relative large space, would be a good fit for my new kitchen. However, the moment I opened the package I was disappointed by the quality control of manufacturing. Both fridge doors have big gap where the plastic covers are and there are gel/sealant residue on the bottom of the doors, black marks inside the fridge. I almost thought I got a floor model. Though it may not impact the function of the fridge, I am not pleased by the look of the new unit that I had to pay more than 2000 dollars. I phoned Rona and they told me to phone the company. The company kept sending technician to check on this instead of addressing my concern, a new unit shouldn't look like this. I am very disappointed by the quality control of this brand.

I haven’t had it long enough to do a proper review. It’s only been 1 day but I love the interior lay out and lighting. It’s sleek looking with the water & ice dispenser on the inside.

We had installed it in June 2023 and it has a number of small dents in door and also finish seems to be peeling off door as well. Not sure what this is unless there is a plastic type film over the exterior.

Purchased the cabinet depth to open up more space in the kitchen and so pleased with our decision. The fridge is so well designed it feels bigger than any of the deeper fridges we have owned. There is an abundant amount of space on the doors for all sizes of products including taller items. Large area for taller items on the left side as well. Love the bottom drawer which has enough height to it to even store casserole dishes. Thrilled with amount of space this fridge has to offer…more often than not I have empty areas in the fridge open for more food.

I purchased this fridge having own several Frigidaire Gallery appliances (including fridges) in the past. I’m disappointed at how loud it is. I even had a technician come take a look as I felt it was not normal but I was told it’s all running correctly. And the crisper drawers are quite shallow and don’t open unless both double doors are open which I find unfortunate.

The counter depth gives us more room infront of our island but we still have lots of space in the fridge

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. It has ample space and the various features were well thought out. With having the water/ice maker inside the door and freezer it frees up so much more space than the outside the door style of our last one. We also like the option of storing higher items with the retractable shelf.

I bought this fridge at the end of the summer and already the ice maker has stopped working. Someone is coming to fix it, but very disappointed to need a service call so soon. Hopefully the fix works and lasts. The rest of the fridge seems great, fingers crossed.
