We are deeply disappointed by our purchase. After months of research to find a good and not the best, french door refrigerator brand, we chose Frigidaire (this model was available at store). First, since the day 1, the left door was not aligned with the right door and made a bad sound like rubbing to metal parts to each other when we open and close it. Secondly, the freezer door also makes a bad rail sound on the right side. _x000D_ We called an authorized aftersales service office and 2-3 weeks later they sent us a guy to check the problems. He did not explain clearly what is the problem but he told us they have to order 3 parts to replace some parts in all 3 doors! _x000D_ And that’s not all. Tonight, we heard 3 beeps and when we open the refrigerator doors, all lights went off. Nothing on the user interface. The light in the freezer was still on, though. After some horrible moments to find out what’s going on, we close the doors and plug off the refrigerator. Plugging on and wow! The error code ER CE appeared. Again, plugging off, wait for 10 min, plugging on, then the light in the refrigerator was on this time but nothing on the interface, no temperature sign, nothing. We don’t know what to do on a Saturday night when a NEW refrigerator goes through such a problem. Believe me, this is a horrible, frustrating nightmare. _x000D_ Searching on the internet to find out the meaning of this error code and as I understood, it is something related to an electronic board or communications between main board and the user interface. We are in luck though that the freezer is still working (I hope so, we’ll see). We called Frigidaire support service and as expected, they were closed until next week. We have to wait until Monday to call the authorized service. _x000D_ I did not expect such things from a brand of quality. However, I am starting to doubt about this brand and thinking even if this is a second-hand product. Feeling bad, really bad. We paid that much and we received a faulty, no quality checked product from Brault et Martineau (from Frigidaire). _x000D_ Honestly, I feel that even 1 star is too much for experience we went through.

I assumed the water dispenser was chilled water, like our former Maytag. It is just room temp water. Not cold. Disappointed in that aspect. Ice Maker is very slow, more than double time to make ice than our previous fridge. Overall good fridge if you aren't worried about those two aspects.

We had our fridge delivered about 3 weeks ago. Our vegetables and fruit have remained so fresh in the crisper drawers. As well, I really appreciate the slide under shelf that allows you to quickly place items that are too tall. The whole fridge is just so spacious!

There are lots of shelves and drawers so it is easy to organize and find food items, even though it is large enough to hold all the food and drink for Christmas.

It is very quiet. I thought I would have more area for storage than my much older fridge, but I don't. However, I don't have to lose things in the back because everything is visible. I like the physical layout and design features. I love the quietness of operation. The fruit/veggie compartment on the left side doesn't move as smoothly as the right compartment. Haven't been able to figure out why. But I like the looks, the French doors, and layout.

Fridge was delivered a week ago, very happy with for the most part. Lots of space, large crisper drawers glide smoothly, _x000D_ Only complaint at this time is how loud the fridge is._x000D_ Would recommend to others if noise wasn’t an issue.

The only knock is that the fridge doors are wonderful and smudge proof, but the handles on the fridge and freezer show every fingerprint and smudge, totally defeating the fact that the doors are smudge proof.

After spending five unhappy years, with our previous fridge, we had to bite the bullet and buy something new. We went to our local appliance store and checked out a variety of fridges based on the dimensions we needed. After opening doors and drawers, over and over again, we settled up on the Frigidaire. It was apparent, from the first opening of the refrigerator door, that this was a superior product compared to other brands. The doors were solid, and the drawers didn’t feel like they were going to break after a few pulls. It was roomy inside, and very well lit compared to a lot of other brands. Now that we have it in our home, this lighting really helps you see what is in your fridge when it is full. The icemaker works like a charm, which was another issue on a previous refrigerator. The ice cubes fall into the tray in the freezer compartment and they are nice solid cubes. they stay frozen when you put them in whatever drink you have . We are amazed at how many compartments are on both of the doors in the refrigerator compartment. It holds everything that we have plus has room for more. The interior water dispenser is extremely easy to use. Just lean your glass on the paddle, and the water will be dispensed into your glass. I am beyond thrilled about this refrigerator. It has exceeded our expectations. We are never going back to our former brand of appliances again. Frigidaire is a superior product.
