The control panel on the door stopped working luckily the Fridge hasn't quit yet. This problem started in November 2024. Electrolux/Frigidaire didn't have an authorized service center in my area so I was tasked to find my own. That should be the first red flag. The Tech I did find used to be an authorized tech for them but due to changes in Electrolux's/Frigidaire's system for warranty repairs he dropped them as vendor (2ND RED FLAG). He was able to diagnosis the problem but said that because of how the wiring is done to the control panel the problem will arise again. Well a month later same issue and he will not come back to fix as he stated the unit will need to be replaced due to faulty wiring in the door. Now I'm trying to get Electrolux customer service on the phone for next steps and after waiting on hold for 45 mins I was disconnected. I've now been on hold for 2 hours and this is getting frustrating to say the least. Maybe just maybe someone at Electrolux / Frigidaire will see this and respond. I

The fridge looks great, love how it is laid out. The fridge section is freezing everything inside. Hoping that when someone finally makes it out to inspect, it is a simple fix and everything works as it should.

WORTH COMPANY EVER _x000D_ _x000D_ BOUGHT A FRIDGE AND STOVE FRIDIGAIRE GALLERY._x000D_ FRIDGE THEY CAME TO FIX IT 12 TIMES FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER 2024 - UNTIL THEY FINALLY GOT CONVINCED THEY NEED TO REPLACE.

I am happy with the look and the room inside the fridge, it has some great features that we like, lots of ice/timer for the freezer/all the space inside is usable.

Nous sommes très satisfaits! La possibilité de déplacer des demi-tablettes c’est super! On pensait qu’il y aurait un petit grillage sous le distributeur à eau alors ça nous a laissés perplexes mais outre ça, on est très contents!

Bought 2 weeks ago. The water dispenser has a consistent leak. The air crisper drawer air filter cover keeps falling off. The side of the fridge had 4 Dents upon opening at delivery. Just overall disappointment

Freezer failed after the first day. Fridge failed the day after that. Warranty repair can’t figure out what the issue is. We’re 3 weeks in and still have nothing working and no assistance from Frigidaire.
