Looks great. We were uninformed that it did not come with a conversion kit for propane. Nor did it say in the instructions what conversion kit was required if you didn't have natural gas available. I had to call Frigidaire as my dealer didn't know what kit was required. YOU WILL NEED ... GRLP4 ...available from Amazon with a 3 week wait, or directly from Frigidaire for a one week wait. Had I known the kit was required, I could have ordered it to arrive before the stove arrived. Cooking is limited with only the bbq during the wait. Rather frustrating, but I'm excited that next week I will be using it.

Within first day of setup, noticed a gas odour lingering in the oven when unit was not in use. Frigidaire sent service technician, confirmed faulty safety valve inside the range, part in need of replacement. Bad enough that brand new range sold to us with serious safety defect, but customer service experience since then has been nothing short of horrendous. Three weeks later, still no part provided and range continues to sit idle in kitchen. Numerous calls resulting in endless cycle of finger-pointing between Frigidaire and repair service provider sent by Frigidaire. No one taking responsibility for providing a working product. Range looks great aesthetically, but serves no purpose when it can't be used and its manufacturer won't act in a consistent and timely manner to either repair or replace it in face of a serious and obvious defect. Won't be recommending this or other Frigidaire products in future. Very disappointed.

Alarm too quiet. Can only hear it when I'm in the kitchen. I have volume set to high setting. The back of the stove doesn't reach the wall. i have to buy and fit some trim to fill the gap.

Very difficult to clean the stainless steel áreas. Leaves water marks even after using soup and water. Very dissapointed.

I am a busy working Mom with an incredibly demanding career...BUT I also love to be in the kitchen and creating magic for my family . I love to bake, roast, fry , name it , I am doing it . So when our beloved Frigidaire stove of almost 18 years baked her final cheesecake , I knew that I would replace her with another Frigidaire . My only ' real ' demands were that it be gas, because as anyone knows , once you have a Gas Top , you will never go electric again . I also wanted the storage drawer in the bottom, and it had to be spacious enough to fit a 35 pound turkey . Christmas is always held at my house and I have a brood to feed . This stove met all of these demands and so so so much more . I cannot believe how fast water comes to boil on the 18,000 BTU burner . My 13 year old was delighted and said that making pasta could never be quicker . I have used the Convection Roast , and Convection Bake settings , as well as the quick heat , and no preheat . All have blown me away !! I have only had the stove for a few weeks now but I very much look forward to trying out all the features as more time passes . Also I'd like to mention that the glass in front allows for complete and total viewing of whatever is inside . The light is bright enough to ensure that not a spot is missed . The Middle flat griddle is a fun edition and I made some fun , long crepes, on it and the kids loved it . Clean up was a breeze . For Christmas , I have asked my husband to buy me the Air Fryer tray . I am very much looking forward to that . Over all I am quite pleased with this purchase .

We bought this stove just before Christmas and so far it is working well_x000D_ Love the look of it and have tried a few of the features. The cook in your family will love everything they can do with it.

We moved from a dual fuel stove to an all gas stove. Everything heats much quicker. _x000D_ Burns boil water quicker and the oven heats quicker too
