PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY THIS, IT IS BEEN 7 MONTHS WE ARE USING THIS, WE REPLACED THIS SECOND TIME DUE TO MICROWAVE DOOR NOT CLOSING AND FUSE PROBLEM. NOW THEY REPLACED WITH SAME MODEL AND IT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS PREVIOUS ONE, WE CAN'T ABLE TO USE MICROWAVE FROM LAST SIX MONTHS. SUCH A CHEAP PARTS AND MATERIALS THEY ARE USING

Chose this for a new build. Microwave turntable occasionally does not work and the bracket to hold the oven rack was held on by only one screw. Cosmetic damage on the four corners of the unit._x000D_ Frigidaire would not cover the cosmetic damage beyond 7 days of purchase date. Explained that this was a new build which we did not move into until well after the appliances were installed to no avail._x000D_ Frigidaire contracts service to Transglobal who sends out technicians who do not seem to know what they are doing, cannot communicate well in English and do not have the required parts. This has been ongoing since December 2023._x000D_ The oven has very poorly thought out features (e.g. can’t easily change oven temp, light does not turn off when the oven is turned off, etc.).

Looks amazing has the features that we wanted. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I’ve only had it for a couple of months. Need to know the longevity of the appliance. We were spoiled in our last house with Bosch and never had one issue in 12 years. So hopefully we will have the same good fortune with the Frigidaire

The product was installed in July but is not used as certain parts are missing. It was tested alright and we have great expectations.

This is a great oven. But the fact that I can delay start only by 1h is super frustrating. For that reason only 3 stars.

Microwave does not work. Customer Service is awful. Online just quits saying a live agent will connect. (They will not.) Called into an agent who seemed so put out that I called and spent 15 minutes moaning and yawning into the phone. I asked to be transferred to another agent who might be more interested in helping me. Basically she told me I was stuck with her or call back and wait on hold and hopefully I would get someone else.

It is a beautiful unit but God help you if you need service! If anything goes wrong, the whole thing is not usable. No oven, no microwave. Not quite two years old and mine died - just poof - no longer functioning. I am having a hard time find anyone that is qualified to fix it and since it weighs 300 lbs, need multiple people. It has to be moved out of the wall to fix it and the electrical cord is too short. Its hard wired into the outlet with no excess length. Who designed this ??? Can't find the electrical installation manual anywere online - just takes me in circles ; no one answering the chat. Called the 1800 # and it tells me to use the caht. So incredibly dissappointed in the unit. For $4000, I expected better . I will likely have to get an electrician to be here the same time as the repair people and pray they can fix it

Still working out the kinks and learning the interface. Air fryer mode on the oven doesn’t quite replicate a counter top air fryer as well as hoped but it’s decent.
