I purchased this refrigerator to replace my previous Frigidaire side-by-side counter depth. First fridge arrived with a crack on the interior wall that was clearly noticed during manufacturing and was poorly glued over. Store sent a replacement._x000D_ _x000D_ Second fridge arrived with doors out of alignment. Adjustment screws can only lift the door but the door is already too high and scrapes. Neither door swings freely. Fridge side does not seal properly and has a visible gap at the top. Another small thing - even the Frigidaire logo has been installed crooked._x000D_ _x000D_ Took up the door issue with Frigidaire, they sent a tech who decided the entire fridge needs to be replaced. I have had multiple long waits on calls with both Frigidaire and the repair company making sure they were communicating with each other (they were not, I had to call to ensure info got submitted on both sides). I have not heard back from Frigidaire/Electrolux regarding replacement and it’s been 6 weeks. Calling now results in “we’re too busy to take your call, visit our website”._x000D_ _x000D_ Disappointed. They need to get the quality control better on this product and they need to rework their warranty process.

I bought this fridge on-line during COVID so it was sight unseen. I used to sell appliances so I thought I had seen it all. I wanted shallow shelves so everything wasn't lost in the back but they shrunk the door bins instead and there's no possibility of organization. I didn't even know you could still buy a fridge without spill-proof shelves. Don't waste your money!

Title thing_x000D_ _x000D_ We’ve had this fridge for about a month and have been mostly underwhelmed by it. It seems to mostly do the job of keeping things cold, and looks nice, but some of the features seemed to be implemented with the least amount of effort._x000D_ _x000D_ I guess it’s on us for not fully researching every detail about the fridge, but these shortcomings really weaken the experience:?_x000D_ Ice Maker: Making ice is extremely slow. Making our first tub of ice to flush out the system took about 3 days. After discarding this ice, it’s a day later and only a minimum of ice has been produced.??Ice Dispenser: We missed this, but in order to have ice to dispense from the front dispenser, you have to load ice from the Freezer ice make into the dispenser reservoir. This feels like a pain and we haven’t had enough ice made yet to do this once, we’ll see how it goes._x000D_ _x000D_ Water Dispenser: Not only is the water not chilled, it seems to be coming out warmer than the tap. The instructions tell you the water is not chilled so if you want cold water, add some ice to the glass first. Again, I guess it’s on us for not researching this more._x000D_ _x000D_ There is a ‘Cold Drink Timer’ control on the water dispenser panel which lead us to believe the water could be chilled. However upon reading the instructions, it’s basically a timer so you can out a drink in the Freezer to chill it and set the timer to remind you to take it out - not really a great added feature - I’m willing to be we never use it._x000D_ _x000D_ The protected film that covered the Fridge, was difficult to get off and is attached underneath the trim on the door. We can’t get it all off so there is bits of the plastic film sticking out all around the doors and freezer drawer. We haven’t had the extra hours to sit an remove all of this stuff yet…_x000D_ _x000D_ The Left door is very clunky and we don’t seem to get both doors to line up properly._x000D_ _x000D_ It does seem to keep our food cold, but the back of the meat/deli drawer gets cold enough that it freezes lunch meat. We’ve had celery in the produce drawer above get frozen on one end as well._x000D_ _x000D_ We picked this fridge because it matched our Range. And we paid extra money to have the exterior Water/Ice dispenser. If we had know how much of an after thought this was, we wouldn’t have bothered._x000D_ _x000D_ Wouldn’t really recommend this model, at best I’d say just get the one with Ice Maker in the Freezer and the internal water dispenser - or a different fridge all together.

This refrigerator suits the two of us perfectly. Love the ice & water outside the refrigerator for easy access.
