Greetings: On the showroom floor it was not plugged-in so we didn't realize how well the inside is illuminated...which, with the clear shelves, makes finding things easy. And that the temperature control are on the front panel is convenient. Like that the light for the ice/water dispenser comes-on automatically upon pressing a cup against it. Fit perfectly in our confined space.

We bought two Frigidaire Fridges from CAS. One came completely broken and didn’t work right out of the box, so they had no choice but return it. the second fridge was broken out of the box too, everything in d fridge freezes and there is ice formation every where. Also overall the fridge is very very loud .. have to up the volume on tv .. but apparently it’s “fixable”.. it’s been over a month and the Frigidaire technician had come and confirmed it’s broken and had ordered parts and since then there is silence. Neither CAS nor Frigidaire are ready to offer any help. CAS folks don’t even pick up the phone .. Two months ago we were excited about having two fridges and now for over a month we have none with no end in site .. Wish I had never stepped into CAS store or at least stayed away from Frigidaire.. Horrible Terrible experience..

I am unable to get a water filter for our new fridge as it is not sold in Canada. Its not sold out, or out of stock, its just not available at all in Canada. Purchasing this filter from a US site will cost anywhere between $97 - $165 every 6 months. An added cost to the price of the fridge, and stock in the US is limited and takes a long time to get.

I already complained and got the standard response, with a promise that the water filter would be available online soon. We’ll…it’s online…the same one that’s in my fridge…but it’s listed as a BYPASS not a filter. Funny thing is the same filter number is listed in US as a filter??? FPPWFUO1 I am one phone call away from telling you to come and get your fridge.

Did not plan on buying a Frigidaire but after checking measurements and features on this fridge we were very happy with the purchase

Water dispenser tray would be better if it slid out to accommodate filling of pitchers. The ice capacity is great however it doesn't appear to shut off automatically (you can do it manually) to prevent the ice from overflowing the reservoir. Lighting is very bright inside making it easy to see and find things.

I bought the fridge 2 weeks ago after spending weeks shopping around._x000D_ _x000D_ I wanted one with water and ice, and side-by-side format._x000D_ _x000D_ I love this format as it gives plenty of shelves and door bins to allow great organization. Makes it really easy to find stuff, particularly in the freezer part._x000D_ _x000D_ Makes a hug amount of ice, but unlike other fridges, there is an extra top shelf, and the ice bin only takes up 3/4 of top shelf, leaving room for a couple of frozen pizzas._x000D_ _x000D_ It's sleek, maintains temp quickly, and runs well._x000D_ _x000D_ Love it.
