We bought this a few months ago. We love the layout and fridge space, however it is making a very large buzzing noise every day for about 7 seconds. So loud that it wakes us up or the dog barks like crazy. We don’t know what’s causing it and have reached out to the retailer after one week who told us to contact the company through the warranty. We can’t capture a video of it because it’s too short. Very strange for a brand new fridge. Like everything else

Refrigerator was delivered on Nov. 13 and it malfunctioned almost from the beginning. the control panel does not work, there are no interior lights and for about a week, I wasn't sure if my food was being kept cold. I called the store's customer service, and after a 8 day wait, repair man came but could not fix it. I had to wait another 8 days to hear that a part has been ordered. As of today, I do not know when it will be repaired. it is indeed frustrating and Frigidaire has lost its lustre for me

My review is for those who value aesthetics as much as they value functionality. When comes to functionality I’d give this refrigerator 3.5 stars. The issues I have are: discharging at strange angle and dripping water dispenser, and too large to my liking ice container taking out a lot of usable space from the freezer. As to aesthetics, there was a protective film all around the refrigerator that was impossible to peel off without having many leftovers stuck in between panels and gaskets. My major issue, however, is that contrary to information on retailer and Frigidaire’s websites, our refrigerator came with ugly, shiny, chrome handle brackets, instead of nice, brushed SS (stainless steel) as shown on product photos. After contacting Frigidaire by Chat, I was promised replacement handles with brushed SS brackets. Since these did not arrive in a long time, I contacted Frigidaire again by chat, and then was told different story, namely that proper parts are not available anymore and that Frigidaire is in a process of updating product photos. As of today, brushed SS brackets are still being presented on Frigidaire’s website. They can also be seen on photos attached to other customers’ reviews. The sad reality is, that false advertising as well as misleading responses and broken promises seem to be a normal practice. Frigidaire admitted that advertising was false, made promises to fix the problem, and then did nothing except of “apologizing for the inconvenience”. Knowing I would receive product that does not match website photos, I would have decided to purchase different refrigerator. Now I am stuck with this ugliness for years. The only positive is that they did not decide to plate these brackets with fake gold, which would be the next level in bad taste.

This fridge has great features like an internal water dispenser and a large ice bin. Crisper drawers are also large and seal really well!

Unfortunately, my first Frigidaire 23 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door with exterior water and ice only lasted 7 years after constant issues with auto defrost._x000D_ However, after 8 months this model which does not have exterior water or ice appears to be performing..

The ice maker is too cheap, small and did not make ice, called a technician to fix it. The shipping tape is too tight and its crushing the door seals on the bottom freezer drawer so leaving frost at the top of the freezer. There is an order to fix or replace the seal.
