We have sent a detailed email to your customer service department yesterday and hoping you will address our issue very quickly. _x000D_ _x000D_ We have purchased your full line of Frigidaire “Professional” series to add to our new custom kitchen (Fridge, Gas Oven, dishwasher and Convention/Microwave oven). I wanted my kitchen to look like the kitchen pictured on your website, beautiful with higher end products for me who loves to cook, socialize and entertain in an open environment. The highlight and most visible from our living room and dining room area is your fridge which looks very damaged. _x000D_ _x000D_ The first one arrived with most of the divots on the right side (a couple on the left) which was identified immediately and the company we purchased it from, ordered a second one that was actually worse, this time most of the divots are on the left and very little on the right. Now I am being told from the retailer this is how your fridge looks and they will not order another or the doors to fix it. The only option we were given was to return it and purchase another brand. I want the “Professional” Series thru my whole kitchen, not different brands. We were told the process for the fridge doors is to inject foam - when completed you could have divots, unacceptable! _x000D_ _x000D_ We should have received a perfect product, like your other products we received and the fridge looks exactly like all the pictures on your website. Very disappointed and I hope we get your prompt attention to this matter.

PIRE réfrigérateur jamais fait. Sincèrement si je pouvais donner 0 je le ferais. J’ai acheter ce réfrigérateur en septembre 2023. La machine à eau a brisée en novembre 2023 et ensuite la machine à glace a brisée en janvier 2024. Bref il est toujours brisé un vrai citron. Ça fait 3 fois que le réparateur vient à la maison… Nous sommes maintenant en avril 2024 et la machine à glace est toujours brisée. Ce frigo a été plus souvent brisé que fonctionnel.

I have had this refrigerator for about 2 weeks. It looks great and quite spacious for a counter depth fridge._x000D_ Twice, last week however, in the middle of the night, it made some large noises. It was a large noise, and then it repeated about a half an hour later._x000D_ Planning to call customer service to see if this is part of a new fridge establishing itself thing or what.

We bought this fridge a few weeks ago ..LOVE IT ! Its sleek lines make for an attractive addition to our kitchen. The interior is spacious with retractable shelves which allow for large bottles to stand up. Easy to set temperatures in various compartments. It was a great choice for us!

I am very happy with my new frigidaire, it is easy to keep organized as it has many new features. My old fridge had a larger capacity but more food just got shoved to the back and forgotten about.

This is such a well organized fridge with plenty of space. We have 3 under 21 boys that eat a lot of food and the fridge and freezer hold great amounts of the food they like. The ice maker is large and has a great amount of ice needed for entertaining.

Food on top shelf or near vents freeze, ice maker doesn’t stop if drawer is pulled out, but overall a good fridge
