Got the unit 3 weeks ago. Looks great and plenty of storage. Interior is well designed and lit. Issues are that under normal running it is not quiet and after 2 days it has started making a very loud rattle noise when the pump switches off. We hopefully have a service tech coming out to look at it soon so we will see if he can fix the rattle noise._x000D_ I would recommend to register the unit straight after purchase as I think that this helped me in getting a tech out quickly._x000D_ I would have given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the issue we had straight out of the box.

bought Frigidaire Pro units to build in in 2009, then replaced new units 2021, still beautiful but problem as dimensions changed slightly.

Freezer was delivered yesterday (5/26/21) and has been constantly running since it was plugged in. It won't ever cycle off. And it is very loud (50+ decibels) when running.

replaced our previous one from 13 years ago and love the updates! Sturdy materials and well placed shelves and lighting. Easy to use controls and soooooo much space now!

I am not sure it is the compressor or the fan, but it is quite noise. It has the ice maker which it GREAT!!

I love our new freezer. I had the same freezer in our previous house and designed them right in in our home we just built. Plenty of room. Love, love, love

I ordered these over six months ago. Still don’t have the filter kit for the water line and the special ‘maintenance kit’ that I was unaware was needed to put the freezer side by side with the fridge. Already bought the trim kit. For units of this caliber, all parts should be included that are required for them to be installed together. _x000D_ For the prices I paid, the same should be true.

Bought in July 2020 and finally received May 2021. _x000D_ So far so good. Freezer working great. Refrigerator worked 5 days, then deemed unrepairable. Waiting on replacement now.

So much roomier and better organized space than my old stand-alone freezer. Love the interchangeable dual ice bins and divided pull-out bins. Excellent fully lighted interior.
