I bought my new stove about 6 weeks ago and have been using it a lot with great results._x000D_ It has all the features I was looking for including air fry,real convection,and a real self cleaning setting._x000D_ I have not had a need to use the self cleaning setting as of yet.

Everything seems to be working great so far. My only beef is that the “Air Fry” stove does not come with an Air Fry Rack. This should come standard with Air Fry model.

I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding the quality of the glass top on my Frigidaire Electric Cooking Range (Product Family: Freestanding Cooker Rear Control; Model Number: FCRE308CAD; Serial Number: VF34012335), which I purchased from your company. Despite careful handling and standard usage, I have encountered significant durability and performance issues with the glass top._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ As a regular user of this range, I use the glass top as intended, placing cookware and preparing food. However, I’ve noticed that even with normal cooking, the glass surface has developed visible marks and signs of wear, which is both surprising and disappointing. This suggests that the glass top might be of substandard quality, as it shows damage under typical use conditions._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Given Frigidaire’s reputation for quality, I am concerned that the materials used may not align with the high standards customers expect. Given the circumstances, I would like to request a resolution, whether through repair, replacement, or an alternative solution._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Additionally, I spoke with a customer service representative named Lewis on Wednesday, November 6th, who assured me that he would follow up after consulting with the service company. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates, which I find unsatisfactory._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ I would appreciate your guidance on how you plan to resolve this matter promptly. Please let me know at your earliest convenience, as I am hoping for a satisfactory outcome. If no sufficient or timely resolution is provided.

Basic. Has air fryer but must buy extra parts. Im yet to use air fryer feature. Have only had a few weeks but is working well.

We bought this oven a few weeks ago and so far so good. The confection oven baked evenly making my shortbread cookies come out perfect, We are still getting used to the stove top as it heats up fast and hotter than our old stove.

Enjoy using my new Fridgidaire range. Nice having a flat top range with warming burner. Using the oven is a delight and cooks everything evenly.

I bought this range a few weeks ago. I used to have a coil top stove and wanted to stay with a coil top, but unfortunately they don't make convection oven with coil top anymore that i can find so we decided to try this flat top as it had true convection and i really liked the black stainless steel colour. _x000D_ Having a flat top is easy to clean compared to the coils. And it's nice to be able to put the deep fryer on a level surface when needed. _x000D_ Haven't used the air fry option yet but to be honest, air frying is just convection baking from what i know. I am disappointed in the true convection though and will be calling the company and probably doing an exchange if not a full return and shopping for something else. The fan for the convection is supposed to stay on the entire baking time and doesn't. It goes on and off every few minutes. It also does this with the bale setting ( which i read is normal, but the convection is supposed to stay on the whole time) ._x000D_ Also what is really annoying is the elements go on and off while cooking on the stove top. This is a feature on all flat top stoves so not unique to Frigidaire, but going from coils to this is weird. So far it cooks everything as normal so perhaps something i just have to get used to. You also have to keep in mind the difference in watts for each element. The front ones are 3000 and 3500 while the back are 1200 so that's also something to keep in mind. I really enjoy the large drawer at the bottom, first range that holds all my pans properly so that's a bonus. _x000D_ I decided to get this particular range for the knobs in the front and there is only a display lcd in the back, for cleaning it is great but the touch on the buttons is annoying. You go from 5 minute.intervals to hours right away and the sensitivity is weird, at first slow, having to press over and over to get it to respond then hyper speed....so again something minor but annoying. _x000D_ I did look to see of there was a child lock as i have a 3 yr old but i believe it only locks the lcd panel (will confirm later) but one feature that is dangerous is if you lean a little on the knobs they turn on... we've done it 2x now so easy for a toddler if ever, but again something to always be aware of and not an issue if you teach them safety. _x000D_ All in all it is a good stove, i think we got a fluke and once the convection is fixed the other stuff is minor and possibly something to just get used to from going from an old school range to these new ones. _x000D_ We enjoy more than not with this range and for the price i think it is a good deal.
