I am really enjoying my upright freezer. I thought I was really good at ensuring I didn't "lose" stuff in the bottom of my chest freezer, but I still found a few pieces of meat that I didn't know I had!_x000D_ The only issue I have with this upright freezer is that the glass shelves really need to be about half an inch wider so that they sit more solidly on the "bumps" that stick out and support the shelving.

Love it! Purchased it for a replacement of a chest freezer. Was initially reluctant to try the upright version but absolutely no regrets. Less of a space footprint than the old chest freezer allowing for extra space in the garage. If we decide to downsize it will be much more convenient. Easy to store and visualize contents… no more digging around for ages for that lost roast. The carbon color is a nice change. Glass shelves are sturdy. Great idea in placing the temperature control on the external door. Should have invested in this sooner! Love the idea of being garage ready. Quality seal on the door too!_x000D_ Overall we recommend this beautiful freezer!

The product started prompting high temperature at 3 months old, thought it was due to weather changes, did troubleshooting but it was followed by defrosting. Frigidaire was contacted and it was fixed ( parts replaced) on 29th Dec. 2023. I hope it won’t develop any any problem again?

This is the best freezer we've ever had, there's lots of room, holds everything we need and we knows what's in there instead of having to dig to the bottom of our old chest freezer, everything is visable, it does what a freezer should do keeps what's in it frozen! And best of all it's frost free!

It has only been installed 5 days, on the recommended setting, with a small amount of items in it which are now frozen solid, but it seems to be running all the time. Should we turn it down or will this excessive running stop when put more items in it? We haven’t had this product long enough to know if we would recommend to anyone.

I just bought the freezer for extra space. It has a nice design and plenty of room. Fits nicely in the space in my basement. I was able to add everything from my old freezer into it. Love it.
