We just received the freezer, so have not had a chance to fully test its performance. However, I’ve noticed several quality control aesthetic issues. The finish of the inside of the box seems below average and there is also a small gap on the lower left corner between the inside freezer box and the outer frame. I am hoping this doesn’t lead to any potential air leaks from inside the freezer and causes temperature consistency issues.

We really like the size and convenience of this 20 ft3 upright freezer. We can now see all the items in the freezer on shelves and in the door; all organized by type of food and size. We had two smaller freezers with lids where food was all piled on top and buried. Items were buried and lost and spoiled, with no light to see. This new standup has a great light and freezer is electric efficiency and saves funds.

Upgraded our small chest freezer to this upright Frigidaire model. Super fast cooling, great space, nice glass shelves that allow for organizing and easy access to your frozen items. I had to reverse the door and the instructions were perfect. Very happy we made the switch as this unit is as quiet as our chest unit but much better for space and ease of access

Bought this product one month ago. It is working fine and is easy to put food in. It is similar to a to a walk in type freezer because everything is go easy to see with the strong interior light. Very glad we made this purchase.

Nous l'avons depuis 4 mois et nous l'aimons beaucoup plus que notre vieux congélateur coffre. Il n'a pas de glace partout et nous somme cappable de bien voir tou ce que nous avons très facilement. Et très spacieux !

Bought this Unit approximately 2 weeks ago and love it. We already recommended this unit to our friends and strangers in Costco yesterday. LOL!
