We are really liking our new freezer. Still too soon to tell about performance but it looks great inside and out. I'm still opening the door to check how clean and neat it looks (but I would do this everytime I cleaned the old freezer lol). Love the glass shelves to everything is more visible. Hoping for many years of use.

This is a recent purchase but I am absolutely loving it. So much more practical than a chest freezer and it is so quiet .

Très satisfaite de mon achat. Bel aspect et il n'est pas trop bruyant. Je trouve que 4 tablettes ne sont pas suffisantes pour le volume disponible. J'ai acheté une tablette supplémentaire identique chez PartSelect (excellent service et entreprise canadienne).

Had it for a week now. So much better than a chest freezer. I can find everything. It’s well lit and very spacious.

After plugging in the freezer, there was a rotten smell found inside the unit. A technician came out and identified that the smell seems to be coming from the wire/styrofoam area but was uncertain as to why the smell is closer to a rotten smell than a burnt smell which is known to be a possibility. Contractor will come back (unknown date as of yet) to replace the wires and the styrofoam. _x000D_ _x000D_ Though if I can be blunt, I’m internally frustrated as even if that fixes the issue, I am not happy about being given a freezer that initially had a rotten stench which has permeated (will permeate) the inside of the freezer until it gets fixed.

We purchased this a month ago and it has made our life so much easier. We are able to purchase more “on sale” food that we can store on our freezer so it is a big money saver on food.
