This is definitely the nicest looking freezers. I like the ability to adjust the temp on the outside vs trying to find the knob on the inside of a full freezer. _x000D_ This one is in our basement and does exactly what is needed. _x000D_ My only criticism is that I wish it had wire shelves vs glass shelves. Two of the glass shelves pulled away from their frame when we received it.

Tons of storage, it's frost free! Door is easy to open (my previous (other brand) upright freezer, the door would be hard to open if I forgot something and had to go back into it). The lighting is unbelievable, I can see everything in my freezer EVERYWHERE!

Fiancé bought this for me and it’s by far my favorite appliance lol! _x000D_ So much better then digging through the bottom of a freezer for stuff everything is easy to see and grab with lots of space for things!

Bought this freezer a month ago for my garage. So far so good, no issues with maintaining temperature in an uninsulated garage in summer. The mix of shelving and baskets make it easy to organize all my frozen goods.

We bought this freezer 1 month ago as we needed more freezer space. We specifically picked this one because our existing freezer is a Frigidaire and has worked flawlessly. Love the look, the size, the price.

Love the graphite carbon finish. Very easy to see if it’s powered up with the indicator light on the door. Reassuring to know that it will sound an alarm if the temperature rises, unintentionally. It’s very nice to have the interior light when you open the door. We gained 2.0 cubic feet over our old unit with the same floor footprint. It qualifies for Energy Star status which means that it should be very economical to operate. The only possible deficit worthy of highlighting, is that I think it could use two more shelves to minimize the burying of items under other items and having to rummage around to find and recover them when they’re wanted (I might look into purchasing and fitting extra shelves on my own). I REALLY hope that this unit proves to be reliable; our old one ran flawlessly for over twenty years.

In my opinion the build quality is really very bad. On the first day of use I found out that door rubber seal let's air inside and ice cones are forming inside the door and roof of this deep freezer. I spent over $1400 dollars and the quality is very bad.
