We had a chest freezer before and I just love how I can see everything now and how organized it is. It’s massive and can fit so much!

Had this freezer delivered January 2025 and after waiting 24hrs to plug in i set it up, plugged in, and the compressor is so loud I can hear it on the 2nd floor of my house!! Thinking it's new it will take time for the sound to get better I waited before calling for service. Beginning of February I called Electrolux and a ticket was raised to have someone come take a look. A week later no call so I called the service number I was given and left a message.. no return call so I called back and Electrolux tried calling the service guy while I was on the line. No answer. They then forwarded my ticket to someone who sets up the servicing. It's been another week and I still don't have an appointment. I love the freezer but there is something very wrong with the compressor and I'm afraid it's just going to quit and I'll lose all my food.

I hope to be happy with this, but today I'm just trying to get set up and needed help on how to get the freezer unpackaged. Specifically, there were no immediately available instructions on how to remove the shelves on my fridge, which have some sort of circular clips at the back edges. Hope you'll enhance your unpacking instructions soon. Eventually, I might recommend this product, but, really, it is too soon to say, so I will say no until I know more. Perhaps you should hold off as well on sending review requests.

We've only had this freezer for a few weeks, but really like it. The layout is perfect. All items are very easy to see and access. I love the glass shelving.

Like it but i would like another shelf, i think it’s missing one, too much space in between. The glass bends a little in the middle i’m scared it will break.

My wife and I are so happy with our new freezer! It's so spacious and is super illuminated. Now we can finally see what we have without keeping frozen food long past its best before date. Great customer service too!

We bought this a week ago and replaced our chest feezer with the upright - what a difference so much space in our garage now._x000D_ Plus I can look inside and know exactly what we have on hand and what we need to buy. This should save us money when we grocery shop!
