We just moved into a new home a few months ago after living in the city for over 10 years. My old home had Samsung appliances throughout the kitchen and I was so excited to get the Samsung Flex-Duo range. It has few options that my old one didn't have that I love. First and foremost, I love the convenience the Flex- Duo offers, we have a lot of pizza nights when all the kids are over and it's nice to be able to cook one pizza at 400° and another one at 425°. I can have it done in 20 minutes and go on with my day. I wasn't sure how often I would use the griddle, but surprisingly I have used it a lot, mostly on pancakes and breakfast foods. It works great, doesn't take long to heat and is non-stick so it's very easy to clean. Another feature I love is the air fryer feature. Our old oven had this and I knew it was a feature I wanted in my new oven. It's much easier to cook for a family of 5 in the oven air fryer, than in the tiny counter top one we have. It's easy to clean, I love the layout of the controls, I was able to easily figure out our to control the heat on the double oven feature. The steam clean feature is great when you have company coming and you don't want your house to get smokey. It cleans fast with a bad smell. I missed my range when we moved, but I love the Flex-Duo model even better than my last one.

We just received our Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™. I have to say this is the best oven my husband and I have ever used. We love baking two dishes simultaneously in the oven while having the appliance at two different temperatures. Adjusting the stovetop settings to fit the size of our pots is highly convenient & having an air fryer setting as an added feature is a big plus. I never really thought that syncing your phone with your oven is something I'd like or need but getting notifications when your food is finished cooking is pretty cool. This works especially well when I'm out of the house and can call my husband back at home to take the food out. Lastly, its modern appearance works in our home so well. I don't think we could have found a better oven to fit our small new family.

Was the upgrade a need? No it wasn't. But there were enough wants to justify it. The Flex Duo was the main reason for selecting this range. We found ourselves, as I'm sure many families do, needing to cook different things at different temperatures at the same time so that everything is done at the same time. This solves that. Plus, both can be cooked with convection which helps them cook faster. Fast boil is great and works really well. The griddle setup is awesome. Air Fry comes in really handy (and the basket is included). The SmartThings setup is simple if you are already using that ecosystem. You can make adjustments on the app, get notifications when preheat is done, etc. We are definitely glad we decided to upgrade. Highly recommended!

This Dual Oven is a space and energy savor. To heat only half takes barely 5 minutes so my pizzas are ready to go quickly. I usually let it stabalize for just a few more minutes to make sure to not burn the top of my items if using the top oven. It does take some getting used to because it cooks different on the top or bottom oven. Also this is a convection oven so even heat. Overall I like a new feature every time I use it. The timer is unique and requires you shut it off, but better than my old one which I never heard. The cooktop is clean, provides multiple options for different burner sizes. Overall A+ on this unit. Planning a kitchen remodel around this unit now. :)

My wife was adamant on a flex duo stove and then we were able to try it! It definitely is a great range the 2 ovens makes it quick and easier to cook big meals. This is great when there are 7 kids to feed. I personally like the smart features. Beening able to have Alexa start the oven is definitely a bonus in my opinion. Overall, this range is a great opportunity to upgrade any kitchen. I highly recommend one

The range is great. I love the duo oven option it allows to cook multiple meals at same time. I have 7 children so this cuts the cooking time by half. Although, in my opinion the greatest feature is the air fryer. This is definitely a bonus if your eating healthier. The griddle on this range makes cooking pancakes (my kids favorite) so mich easier. I definitely recommend this range for the busy parent.

I love my new Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry. I love the griddle and they fact that I can cook two different dishes at once. I love the nonstick stovetop. It does show every little spill on the stovetop. I love the air fryer, it cooks evenly. I have not had a chance to use the self cleaning feature. With the preset buttons it makes cooking easier.

This is absolutely an amazing range with so many features. The built in air fryer is an amazing bonus! I am so happy about the air fryer because now I can get rid of my portable air fryer, which takes up too much space. The built in air fryer also works very well. Cooking on this range is amazing and I could swear it even makes food taste better than before! The bottom right section of the stove has a three ring heating system, so you can boil water within a very short about of time! Also, the griddle is so great and can be used to grill all sorts of food. This is the best stove I have ever owned and I am looking forward to making all sorts of food with it!

This range comes with a bunch of features including air fry, which we like to use to make chicken wings, fish, and more. We were looking forward to using the griddle pan, which heated up nicely, but we wish there was a way to keep it in place better. It tends to slide a bit on the electric range glass. We've used the lower oven for baking already, too, and our bread came out great! We look forward to using the connect feature soon.

2 service calls and still no answer other than i need to preheat 15 to 20 min after it says it's preheated. i also have to turn my food during cooking to evenly cook. pizza crust is like eating cardboard. air fryer is less than impressive.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
