the range will reach set temp but will loose the heat fairly quickly and the flame naever comes back on to reheat.i chated with a rep and he told me my gas pressure was too high and blowingthe flame out.never botheredmy previous range but had it checked between 5.5 ad 6 columns,so thinking seriouslyabout. returning the unit.i paid for it on home depot cc so i have a year not happy

The freestanding gas range is not too bad. But the display panel that displays the time, to set the temperature for oven, etc., is not working. Warranty technician came, checked and says he need to check with Samsung if it is covered under warranty; went back and not updates;

I have been using this range for a month and am enjoying all the features that it offers. One more thing I've to mention that I choose the stainless top for easy cleaning. Just wipe it off with a damp cloth after cooking and it looks like new again.

I always wanted a gas oven, and one with a center burner. This Samsung fit what I was looking for especially with the stainless cooktop versus the the traditional black enamel . It arrived well packaged with a hassle free delivery from Costco and looks really good. The oven heats up reasonably fast and bakes well. The burners are efficient but powerful. The grates are stable and I can have four pots or pans on the cook top with no problem. I converted from an electric oven and stove and I am enjoying this beauty. Wi-Fi feature works as advertised. Griddle and air fry basket were included. I gave it an overall 4 star due to the fact that I found a used rusty pair of kitchen shears in the warming drawer and I can only imagine how they got there.

heats fast and cooks fast however you still need to pre heat as per users manual that i read. and speaking of the users manual it need to be rejuvenated

I purchased this range a bit over a month ago and am very impressed. Cook is even with the burners, and oven. The burners are large, and the oven heats up quickly. One of the best parts, it’s so easy to clean! I love it and would gingham recommend.

I purchased this stove to upgrade my old one. I am overjoyed with the look and features. The stove does everything that the description said it does. Especially happy with the air fryer.
