i had a lot to say but only allowed 800 characters in the review. let's just say that this is as perfect a washer as possible these days. totally satisfied with this purchase. runs great and gets the clothes clean. much less dryer time needed also due to excellent spin cycle.

i bought this washer + dryer about a month back and absolutely dissatisfied. normal load does not finish until 2-3 hours. it goes through various rinse and spin cycle and then gives various error codes and sometimes goes back to beginning of spin and rinse. absolute waste of electricity and water. in the name of electronics and controls, the product does not know how to run a cycle that ge or other washers do. how can load get imbalanced by itself? you have to have the error code book on the side regularly. i am stuck with it as return period is over. my advice - do not buy this washer and by extension samsungs.

i have had the machine since january and have had nothing but problems. on the normal cycle (and only the normal cycle), the clothes are not rinsing properly - the drum does not fill up with much water and the clothes aren’t moved around like in other rinse cycles. a technician came out today and said it must just be the way the machine is. this shouldn’t be the way the machine is! and it seems strange that it only does this on the normal cycle and not on the quickwash, delicates or deep wash cycles during which clothes are rinsed properly. samsung refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem and refuse to replace the machine, despite the technincian today acknowledging that the machine does not rinse like other cycles when on a normal cycle. very poor customer service.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

We bought this to replace a washer that we thought was broken, but kept it anyways when we found out the old one was not broken at all. It has a large tub and a different agitator than normal. It seems to clean really well and it was a great price.

We bought this washer when our old one died and it has been amazing. We have a family of six and needed something with a large wash capacity and this is it. Cleans really well and the auto dispensing of detergent and fabric softener is great. Price is right on par for this washer. Recommended.
