The product works exceptionally well. Very quiet. I love all the different setting that caters to my washing needs. For instance when I want a good deep clean not only can I set my washer to do it but I have a special area to put my deep cleaning products in which is a major plus for me as I do not like mixing in products. My clothes come out so clean the look new. Very happy with the product and highly recommend.

Had many problems with the first one delivered and had the electrolux repair guy out several times. They wanted to replace motherboard but we had been without a washer for a month with all the problems, so Ferguson just sent us a new one. Ferguson saved the day! The new one works like a charm and we love it. The first one was obviously a lemon and I wish Electrolux had stepped up and authorized a replacement but they kept wanting to dink with the lemon and keep us at the laundromat! The new one is fabulous!

After having an Electrolux washer and dryer for 12 years we decided to upgrade and get newer Electrolux model. I must say that these units have exceeded our expectations. I cannot emphasize enough how much we like the premixing of the washing pods (or detergent) BEFORE it gets mixed with the laundry. Our clothes are definitely cleaner.

I am so happy with my Electrolux washer. It is so simple to operate and so efficient in the wash process. I highly recommend an Electrolux washer.

We purchased a front load Electrolux washer in 2021 and by this past Fall its bearings began to fail so it spun incredible fast and was very noisy. Our cost to repair it was going to be around $800. We decided to buy a new one since it was almost the same amount. We hope this one will last longer and 2 1/2 years before needing a major repair. Only time will tell.

Had this model for 3 weeks. Washes big loads easily. Great cycle and temp selection. Replaced outgoing Electrolux machine that was more than a decade old and trouble free til the end.

Our last Electrolux machines lasted 17 years and were perfect when we sold them online. The store talked us into 2 Whirlpool machines. The washer lasted only 3 years. Bought the exact same model to match the existing dryer. Defective on the first day. Never again. Went back to the store and purchased an Electrolux washer. Works perfectly, as it should. Thank you Electrolux.
