We purchased this washer to replace an earlier model that had its bearings burn out. It was going to be too expensive to fix, so we replaced with this model. It has fewer wash cycles than my original, but it was at the price point we needed. So far, the wash cycle performs as it should. The start of the cycle seemed to take a while to fill with water, but clothes are clean! We had a slight issue with installation, as our water hook up was, unbeknownst to us, not working properly. The machine was left until we could the the water fixed. My advice would be to make sure you’re space and connection are good before the crew arrives.

The options are remarkable! The 15 minute cycle is unheard of ! The clothes are practically dry !! Steam and allergen options take this washer off the charts ! And she looks fantabulous!!

I chose this washer because I have an open floor plan so any odor from the machine will be in my total living space. All the other manufacturers when you opened the door the rubber gasket already smells like week old damp laundry. It was disgusting. When you open the door to this machine it has a slight powder smell. After many washes that powder smell remains. I use the 15 min wash and love it. My only complaint is that in that cycle you cannot choose hot water. That to me is annoying. Other than that it is a great machine.

I am so grateful to have changed my mind last minute and decided to purchase the electrolux washer. It is absolutely amazing! I hav one cat and a bunch of annoying cat hair on everything, but with this washer, even on the 15min fast cycle my clothes come out with no hair on them. It's just so amazing how clean my clothes are!! Super happy with it!!

The washer has a little squeak when it fills with water. If gets worse I will contact Lowes. Otherwise it is a great machine I have tried it on all the settings and it works great.
