So far the washer is working wonderful, it is very quiet, gets my clothes clean, and the titanium color looks perfect! At this time my experience has been perfect!

The Electrolux Series 500 washer has many features and benefits to producing a great clothes washing-cleaning experience. Set-up was fairly easy and I am impressed with the quiet and limited vibration that comes from the location on the second story. The cleaning results are consistent and I appreciate the door prop feature to air out any lingering moisture. Would have really like to see a drum light for the washer just like the matching dryer. The unit is still fairly new and I would need more operational feedback in order to commit to a higher rating.

I like this washer so we bought a second one after the first one lasted only 4 years. Also, the door of the new one won't consistently stay closed so after just 2 weeks I've already had to request a service call. Other than that, I like how it cleans and operates. I've never used the steam feature.

The only problem is smaller articles can get caught in the door seal.

We had to purchase a new Electrolux washer because our old Electrolux washer, that was ONLY six years old had drum bearings that failed and the serviceman said it would cost more to repair than purchasing new one. My wife and I are 70 years old and take good care of our appliances, we were surprised and disappointed that our first Electrolux only lasted six years. The only reason we purchased another Electrolux washer is because we wanted to match the Electrolux dryer ( hopefully this was not a mistake).

My old Electrolux of 7 years finally died on me… 3 shocks broke, and the electrical panel died. I needed another one and fast. The model I purchased is truly remarkable. My clothing, towels, and blankets have never felt cleaner. I’m an Electrolux fan for life.

Love the color, and that it has a compartment for pods. Haven't had it that long, but it has worked good and very easy to hook up.

My new washer is far better and faster than the Maytag we replaced. Wash comes out very clean and practically dry!
