So far, so good. The first day had to tighten door latch when I saw some water on front of machine below door. Install team did not use a level, just turned one leg until there was no movement. It's not level but not shaking either. Small items tend to end up in the door gasket where water drains down. Overall though it looks like a Cadillac compared to the top load Samsung it replaced. Samsung actually rusted out by the bleach dispenser if you can believe that. Clothes have come out smelling amazing with or without fabric softener. Ordered through Electrolux and everthing was included, hoses, install and haulaway which made it cheaper than ordering from anywhere else. Like I said earlier, so far, so good!

I've had Samsung and GE front loading washers previously, and the Electrolux is by far superior by far. It functions very well and it just feels like it is more durable and sturdy than the others we've had.

After owing our GE front load washer for only four years, we found ourselves in need of a new washer. It’s been two weeks and so far this washer has been working great. I like how easy it is to operate and the clothes come out very clean.

My other washer finally decided to give up after years of service. Got this unit on sale at a local store and I am impressed so far. Not hard to set up or learn to use and even on medium speed the towels, etc. are spun almost dry. This will save a ton of time & energy for the dryer. I may go back and get the dryer that goes with this unit since this washer has exceeded my expectations.

So far so good. The buttons are very sensitive to my surpise. _x000D_ _x000D_ I sure wish the pedestals were more affordable! Who can afford an additional $300 just for that? It's sad because the washer sits extremely low and now I have to sit on a chair to get my laundry out as it hurts my back. I took off one star for that reason. The pedestals should be included with the price of what you charge for just the washer.

Works really well! Looks great and is quiet. I have dogs & my husband works in tree care - any of the hair/woodchips gets collected in the front ring & wipes away easily.

I'm not giving this a 1 star for poor performance, I'm giving it for the location of the filter and drain. The drain on our 2 year old washing machine has been clogged twice and twice we've had to call an Electrolux repair person to come and access the filter to clean it out because it's impossible to access on our own. It costs us $150 each time. We now have to call the repair person out again and my husband wants to trash this washing machine and replace it with a cheap one that won't cost us $150 a year to get the filter cleaned.
