We bought a Electrolux washer and dryer 2.5 yrs ago and last week the washing machine broke and it costs as much to fix it as to buy a new one. Electrolux wont cover the product in any way in fact they made me buy a part and told me that they would cover the cost of the service. When the part came not only was it the wrong part, but they claimed they had no record of the offer to cover the service. I have spend hours of fruitless time on the phone with customer service and now I have to buy a brand new machine after just 2.5 yrs. This has been an awful experience

Not fancy whistles but it has everything you need. Could be quieter but I’m very happy with it. Especially because you can reverse the door.

Great product so far. Looks great and preforms great. We were looking for a machine that will last a long time so hopefully this is it. It seems to be built very well. It also has great functions that we will actually use such as whitest whites, active wear, and fast wash.

Overall this machine leaves clothes clean. Lots of settings to choose from, but limitations on modes make it a bit complicated to get exactly what you want.

My washer is wonderful. quiet, and has all the options I was looking for in a washer. Happy I chose it over the LG washer I was also looking at. Great purchase.

My washer stop draining, and decide to check what was wrong with it! Im getting a e21 code on the front of the machine! So i search it up and to get to the filter on this machine you have to take everything apart making a pain in the. ##%# to maintance this thing! This was a really expensive washer when i bought it! And i regret wasting my money on it! I do not recommend it! Find something better with better maintenance!
