Bought it a month ago and is so good, seems to perform better than most other brands.although almost did not heard of this brand even in advertisement but surprise it is so smooth and seems flawless

I bought the samsung washer and dryer,_x000D_ first the color is super pretty, there was a discount so it was a good deal._x000D_ 2 year warranty which is a plus_x000D_ they are quiet and efficient._x000D_ No complaints !

Très satisfaite de cette laveuse. Avec ces fonctions de plusieurs cycles et l’essorage à grande vitesse cela rend le séchage rapide. Je recommande ce produit.

We purchased from Costco one month ago and so far, so good! We have had terrible luck with laundry sets in the past but this one has worked very well for us! I love the light that comes on when opening the door and that it will go off automatically after a certain amount of time - we leave the door open on the washer to help it dry in between uses so we don't have to worry about the light staying on forever! We also only use cold water cycles in an effort to try to be a tiny bit more environmentally friendly and find that the cold water cycle is great for us! There was an odour when the new machine was installed but that has dissipated with time and cleaning cycles. We generally do 3-4 loads each week, sometimes more depending on the family circumstances, but we're finding this machine works very well for our needs!

Bought it about a month ago, and was really surprised at how quiet ad quick it was. Set up was a pain, as one of the leveling feet was missing. The matching dryer arrived damaged, and it has taken the company about 1 month to respond to inquiries and set up repair (yet to happen).
