Bought this washer (and matching dryer) a month ago. This washer is great for a family and with pets. It washes very well and they have more than enough settings for your needs.

I am very happy with my new machine, I thought my old machine did a good job but I had a sweatshirt that had a stain on the front for years, I had tried everything so I just wore it at home. Threw it in with normal load in new machine and the first time I wore it I realized the stain was gone.

One month in and I’m very pleased with our purchase. The features are great; the 15 minute wash option is especially great if you have kids and don’t want to spend the entire day doing laundry.

Quiet, large capacity. Whites are whiter without using bleach. We have 2 young children and this machine gets the stains out unlike our previous Samsung garbage machine. The steam function for pajamas/lightly soiled clothing saves so much water. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
