Way too loud and shake the whole house when on spin cycle. Just like the dryer the washer outer paint does scratch very easily, mine got scratched on the 2nd day. Ceramic coating or something durable like that would be nice. The cycles are too long, except for the quick 15 minutes wash that is awesome. I would not buy another one unless they fix the noise and spinning issue.

Replaced my old Electrolux washer with this new one, and am very happy. We never even considered a different manufacturer since the other lasted so well. Love the look and function of the menu options and as always my laundry looks great!

We got our first one delivered by Costco- hooked it up and turned it on. All of a sudden water started GUSHING from the bottom of the unit all over our floor. Luckily I was standing right there and shut off the water taps ( it was not the hoses, it was from inside the unit). Called Costco- they said they would send a new one. Had to wait another week until it was delivered. When we got the next one, unfortunately our "sanitize' cycle does not work properly. It sticks on 33 minutes for an hour+. So sanitize cycle that is supposed to take 88 minutes takes 2.5 + Had to call company again...they sent out a repair man 3 weeks later. Now they have to order a new electrical panel. Frustrated we spent extra money on this and 2/2 are lemons.

Only had it a month now, does a good job, is deeper than my previous washer so sticks out further into room now. If you are gonna stack them put a exhaust up at dryer level and then you won't need to snake dryer vent around washer

Purchased both a washer and dryer from Electrolux because of the reviews. Very happy with my decision.

Very average washing machine. Water gather on inner window and silicon seal, the user guide tell you to wipe after each load was not really happy about that. The front door latch seemed loose in original position. Changing the door of side is not super. The alignment is off and door would not latch. Had to fidget with it for hours before the door latch would align properly. For price range, I was expecting more quality. This machine mix water with detergent in the drop cup (always water in the detergent cup). I think it is by design. Soaking levels seems fine and spin is decent. The noise level is decent too. Clothes are well cleaned at least.

Bought the set (W&D) like a month ago and so far I'm amazed by their simplicity and their efficiency.

The washer is fantastic. I was even able to wash my King size duvet. It isd such a fantastic job of spinning all of the access water (I have had issues with my previous LG washer leaving blankets and duvets sopping wet before transfer). The extended refresh is such an amazing feature. I love that I can put a load in before bed and the load is still fresh in the morning to switch over! I also appreciate the pods option to be able to put the pods in the drawer compartment.
