So far it has been excellent. One issue is that socks get stuck in the rubber door ring.

I am a heavy laundry house hold, we had our old machine for about 12 years. Never had a problem but it unfortunately stopped spinning. I knew I wanted a new one because it was overall a great machine. _x000D_ Bought my new ones and got the matching drying too! I'm so happy with them, they wash everything to well

Shaking/wobbling heavily while using the spin function, otherwise the product is good and loaded with features.

We are very happy with this model. Many front load washers develop mold build-up in the rubber gaskets and this model has a feature on the door for hold-open to assist in minimizing any mold development. Nice touch and avoids leaving the door wide open which takes away from the nice appearance of this unit.

We made the decision to buy this washer, based on a friend's great review. I'm glad we did! It's so quiet and cleans our clothes the first time so much better than our previous top-loading HE machine. I'm looking forward to the cost savings with reduced water usage too. With a family of 7, I'm constantly doing laundry, so I'm excited to have a washer that performs well and gets stains out efficiently.

Bought the washer about a month ago and have no complaints! Love all the wash combinations, the interior drum light and the feature that keeps the door propped open when not in use.
