I bought this washer about two weeks ago. I am quite pleased with it. It runs quiet and is easy to use. My clothes seem much cleaner than before. It replaces a 13 year old machine (a different brand) that had ceased working.

Wry happy with our new washing machine. Its large capacity allows us to wash big quilts and blankets. It’s easy to use and preset settings are very convenient and helpful.

The machine operates well BUT on first use (2 weeks ago) we noticed an unusual pump noise when in drain mode. The service technician came yesterday. Good Service. Result: A new pump is on order.
