This is the second time I am buying this brand. Because how good it was ate my previous home before I moved out; I had to get another one of it in my new place. Highly recommend it for top performance.

Bought the set from costco. The washer does not work from the first moment. Took about 3 weeks to get the replacement. It is quieter than our old one from samsung. Not many smart features like other brands but it is okay with us. The only issue so far is that small clothes like socks stuck in rubber trap which seems a design flaw.

We had this washer and dryer set in our old house and I absolutely loved it! When we moved, our new home did come with a basic washer/dryer set but it just didn’t stand up in comparison to our electrolux washer and dryer duo so we chose to purchase these appliances again. The washing machine has so many options. The standard 47 minute wash cycle makes life so much easier. I appreciate the tide pod detergent holder as opposed to other washers that you have to chuck the pod in and hope for the best. We just love this set and would highly recommend it if you are considering the upgrade!
