5 The washer

This washer has to be the hands down best washer I have ever bought. It's slient running is the best. I love the fact it has a quick cycle. A soak feature. I'm never going back to top load washers._x000D_ Powerful enough to get even more grime out of our cloths and towels._x000D_ I would even say it's better then all washers at laundry mats._x000D_ The pedestal brings it to the right level to make loading and unloading easy.

5 Nice Washing Machine

So far so good. We have had it about a month now. Quiet and seems to clean clothes very well with very little soap.

1 Does not wash towels or bed sheets.

Can't wash one set of sheets or more than one bath towel at a time without stopping multiple times with error message. Awlful, needs to be replaced or are all washers like this? This is a large capacity washer so should accept more than just one set of bedsheets or more than one bath towel per load. This needs to be replaced!

1 Poor quality

Electrolux produces junk. _x000D_ The problem with most reviews is that they talk about all of the features etc. but never about_x000D_ the reliability and longevity. Well I wish they would. I would have never got an Electrolux if they did._x000D_ Bought an Electrolux efls627 washer 2 years ago. The main bearing on the tub is already going._x000D_ Owned LG and Samsung and the bearings went out in 5 years and I thought that was bad._x000D_ Bought this due to good ratings. Not good for longevity or reliability._x000D_ Really cheaply built. Most washers now still use clamps to retain hoses so _x000D_ they stay in place and don't leak. Not Electrolux they use wire ties. So you_x000D_ have to cut them off and buy new wire ties to take hoses on and off. I bought the washer because it was highly rated. That was due to features and hype._x000D_ Don't buy this thing unless you want to replace it in 2 years. Replacing the tub bearing_x000D_ requires buying the rear tub assembly. That part costs around $400 (I got an open box off of eBay for 250)_x000D_ But if you had a repair man do this, the part would cost at least $400 and the_x000D_ repair labor would likely be over $200. So you are paying over $600 dollars_x000D_ to repair a washer that is only worth $800. So unless you want to Spend at_x000D_ least $800 dollars every two years, don't buy Electrolux._x000D_ By the way. Working on this thing is horrible as well._x000D_ Makes me certain I will buy LG the next time._x000D_ Oh, and they mix SAE and metric to make it even more fun.
