I'm really enjoying my new washer. Amazing how well it spins out the excess water which cuts my dry drying time in half.

When the washer spins, it seams to have a high squeaking noise. Not sure if the installer didn't level it or if it just spin so fast it moves the washer around. I don't know why but my concern this will cause it to break sooner.

Worst washing machine I’ve ever owned and I’m 64 years old. Machine failed after 11 days! Motor control had failed and locked all the controls including the door to open the machine. When new part finally came in, (two weeks later) it was the wrong part. All the electrical connections fit except for one. Apparently, the machine was so new that they didn’t even have the appropriate part to replace with. It is now over three weeks later I still don’t have a working machine, or the part to fix it. It hasn’t been repaired, and it hasn’t been replaced. And no one from the dealership or Electrolux has Initiated any explanation to me as to what’s going on. It’s basically a $1300 300 pound paperweight! The technician trying to service it says he’s seen three machines in this area in the last two months have this problem. Obviously not a glitch but potentially a manufactures defect.

This is the second Electrolux front loading washer I've owned - I had the first one for over 8 years. It's durable and does a great job cleaning clothes.

The washer is so quiet when it’s running. No problem running it at any time of day or night. Does a fantastic job of cleaning and has enough settings to meet any situation. The longest cycle did take over three hours but it did the job asked if it. 15 minute fast was is great. You can’t go wrong with this machine.
