I am liking my machines. I do notice water staying in the drum and soap dispenser. Worry about mold build up.

Great appliance. Had an issue I wanted to file through warranty… call wait times are horrendous, you get transferred and hung up on, agents don’t listen. We tried contacting Electrolux for a week or two before we discovered the chat option to get our warranty claim started. Would not recommend this brand, clearly don’t give a rip about long phone queues and poor service if you do get ahold of someone.

Never had a front load washer before so didn't know what to expect. Very impressed! Washed my Boll and Branch pricey sheets and they came out whiter than ever!! I will be singing the praises of Electrolux!

I replaced my 10 year Samsung washer and dryer in January 23,2023. Unfortunately since day one there has been water accumulating inside the washer after doing a load. I have to use the rinse and spin every 3 days. We tried to see if it was the hose being squeezed and is not. I don't recommend this washer. First photo is accumulation of 2 days and second is over night.

I’ll never own anything but an Electrolux washer for the rest of my life. It’s efficient, gets the clothes clean, and doesn’t leave them with that wet/mildew smell.

So far so good. Love the size and capacity of this washer. Many options for different cycles, runs quiet and helps conserve water.
