This is the first front loader I have ever owned and I love it! It cleans well, is gentle on all my clothes, and is very energy efficient. I have only had the washer for a few months so I haven't utilized all the wash options yet, but I am pleased with the performance of the washer so far. I hope it lasts for a very long time. It is the best!

First of all, customer service really sucks! I have been trying to get to talk to someone and its been a month and no luck. Since day one the washer was filling in with water after using the washer. The hose and balance have been readjusted just in case but the drum still fills with water. I just bought this crap on January 17, 2023, and have been dealing with this since. for the outrage price, this is very upsetting. I feel like I am in a third-world country! Oh, wait we are heading that way. Also how stupid, you can’t link a video if you dont have a youtube link.

We are really enjoying our new front load washer. It does a nice job cleaning our laundry and is much quieter than our last machine. The drawer for loading pods means they get dissolved better, so no more finding a partially dissolved puddle in the door seal anymore.

I purchased this set about three weeks ago after having a Samsung HE Top Loader set for about eight years. This set does not compare in my opinion and I love them! They're beautiful and most importantly quiet! I limit my loads to 1/2-3/4 full with limited detergent; each load my clothes come out clean and evenly wet. No dry spots. I also like the detergent dispenser and the pedestals for storage. No regrets on my purchase yet.

I love this front loader! The Stain soak and Optic Whites cycle help to keep my whites whiter than my previous washer.

This is an outstanding purchase. This replaces a similar model from Electrolux that we loved and lasted well over a decade with very high use. The new washer is just a nicely improved version. Cleans like a champ, all modes are just exactly as advertise. It is quiet, efficient and minor changes in the design like non-sprinted doors and drain design in the door seal, that this model a winner.
