We have an infant in the house and wanted to make sure that we have a front load washer that could also saturate the clothes and get everything very clean. This one really did the job quietly…thank you for building a quality product!

The Electrolux washer is superb. I had had a Maytag washer for nearly 20 years (also front-loading) so this was a tough act to follow. But, wow. The Electrolux is clearly what front-loading technology was supposed to be. My old washer was not. I realize that washing clothes is not the “old way”, namely filling up a large basin and submerging items. This washer targets water at the clothes in a very systematic way, quite a different way to wash clothes. Detergents aren’t just dumped into the tank, but mixed with water and specially applied. Impressive. Rinsing is targeted also. There’s even an option to use “pure” fresh water. Nice. Sometimes the clothes don’t appear to be too wet after a cycle, but that’s simply because washing is done more efficiently, and it’s not based upon submerging in vast amounts of water (i.e., water saving are notable). Results? My clothes are MUCH cleaner. I’m using maybe 1-2 TABLESPOONS of High-E soap. That’s enough! (It’s the “1” level on the detergent cup.) And the colors seem to be more vibrant, “real” than they ever were. They’re softer too. Also: The larger capacity is wonderful. I was able to wash a queen size comforter and a small car cover — great results. No more trips to a crowded laundromat. But how this holds up, time will tell. There are a lot of options and digital controls, so we’ll see how that holds up. The cycle choices are wonderful. The “optic white” is notable. My t-shirts have typical collar “ring”. I tried a soil treatment with my old washer with mediocre results. In this washer, with no treatment and “optic white”, the stains are gone! Bravo, Electrolux. I recommend this washer!

Love the simple ease of selecting the laundry settings. The detergent drawer is marked easily to know where to put the detergent and other fabric cleaners. Silent washing cycles and the spin cycle leaves the clothes loose and well drained so that drying time is reduced. I especially like the magnetic door stop that holds the door open to let the inside drycompletely.

Machine began malfunctioning / powering down during cycles within 3 months of purchase. No error codes, just turning itself off repeatedly. We had a load of soaking wet laundry stuck in the machine for several days because it wouldn't power on long enough to disengage the lock. _x000D_ _x000D_ It took an hour to reach Electrolux customer service and 12 days for a service technician to come to our house to tell us we need to replace all 3 control boards in the machine. The parts aren't available, so we have to wait another 2 weeks for the repair. In total, we will be nearly a month without a washing machine after spending nearly $1500 on a new washing machine to replace our old LG machine that operated for nearly 15 years without issue. HIGHLY dissatisfied!!!

Got the set with pedestals & looks beautiful. So happy with all the different wash options, works great. We use the Smart boost all the time. Love the new machine!

I was not in the market for a new washer but was looking for a way to add a pantry so decided to go with stackable’s._x000D_ I only knew Electrolux as vacuum cleaners but our sales person did a great job explaining Electrolux vision in the appliance world. We loved that these were smaller in size compared to many of the others but still had the extra large tubs for washing large items and all the cycles needed for washing your clothes. Love the pull out draw for laundry detergent and fabric softener, I’ve switched from liquid to pods and love it! This was a great choice and would highly recommend. Can’t wait to complete my laundry closet with my pantry on the other side.
