I have used many washers in my life but this one by far is the cadillac of washers. I love all the choices and times to choose to wash. The very little amount of detergent gets the clothes so clean every time.

I was so excited to get a new washer! My old one was quite old and definitely needed to be replaced. I searched around and found the best option for my family. It can fit an extra large king comforter in it, and washes it like a champ.

We read many great reviews on this washer and dryer so decided to purchase it in Sept 2022 from Home Depot. We washer had a motor problem, it ran so loud scratchy that we had to call HD and have it replaced. 2nd washer was delivered with a large scratch and sizable dent on the side so,of course it had to be`replaced. The 3rd washer has a door that will not close properly, I have to hold the door closed till it locks. One of the reasons we bought this was the good reviews saying how quiet the set it. No so!! both the washer and the dyer are so loud we have to keep the laundry room door shut while they are running. Very disappointed in both units.

Considering I’ve been out of a washer & dryer since Christmas and it is now the middle of Summer I’m am super happy to have them! They are absolutely beautiful and have so many more options than my old set. My husband doesn’t take his clothes out of the dryer half the time and the steam function is great as a quick touch up for the wrinkles that creates.

I was hesitant to make the switch from LG to Electrolux. I love the features of the Electrolux and the vibration is minimal. The machine is louder than I thought it would be for a new model.

While the feature list of the washer is extensive and impressive, our user experience has been less thrilling. We often find clothes trapped in the front drain between the seal and the door. Additionally, we find the washer does not cope well with smaller loads leaving those clothes often soaking wet. It's possible that we will be able to manage by manipulating settings to force the washing results to our liking; however, when our previous $50 washer provided seemingly better results and simplicity, it's difficult to be happy with the purchase of such a lauded and expensive machine.

Electrolux doesn't back their own product. I bought this front load washer/dryer set. It's the first "new" washer I've owned. Only 13 months of use and the drum warped, leaving an awful burning smell. Luckily I kept by second-hand washer of 10+ years in the garage! Several attempts to work with Electrolux and the best they have offered is 50% off a new appliance. No service repair in our area. Why would I buy another one?
