My washer vibrates so much it has broken crystal on the adjoining wall in my China hutch. It is level, I've put pads underneath the hutch, put pad under the washer, nothing works. It also has a smell and I clean it often. The gasket around the the drum is black with grime which I clean often with bleach but it doesn't come out. Needless to say, I would never buy this product again. I also have the dryer, which I'm not happy with either, it takes at least 90 minutes to dry anything.

The washer appears to work as intended, but getting it installed was a challenge. The Electrolux contractor in Seattle did not even know how to balance it. I ended up doing it myself.

Pleasantly surprised that this front load washer cleans clothes better than any top load washer I've owned. It does an amazing job at getting the dirt out of my daughter's softball uniform. Easy to clean rubber seal and no musty smell. Very happy with this purchase

We’ve had the Electrolux dryer for several years. Now the washer to match is fantastic. Wish we would have gotten sooner.

I have only had my washer for a little over one month but it does a great job. It does a great job at getting whites clean and the colors come out looking great. Since this is my second front load washer, I can say I wouldn’t go back to a top load washer. The clothes are cleaner and “half” dryer at the end of the wash cycle.

I like it all but the loud squeaking when it’s wringing out water. Don’t think that is mormmal. Repairman comes Monday. Way too load for a washer.

We bought this washer to replace an older (13 years old) Electrolux washer._x000D_ We loved our old one, but this new one is even better. The improvements are great
