These are great machines- had a set before these and they lasted over 12 years- seems like other brands don’t last but 5-6 years- I highly recommend these

I have tried several different front loader brands and this Electrolux is much quieter than all of them and seems to clean my clothes better. My favorite cycles are the solid soil and 15 minute cycle.

Scratch on dryer. Stickers on washer and dryer NOT REMOVABLE!!! Twenty minutes after working to get one on dryer off gave up. Looks like crap.

Had the previous model and needed the interchangeable doors which all Electrolux washers and dryers have. Love the new features like pod release. Got the warranty as both dials on my previous Electrolux washer and dryer broke simultaneously. Don't expect any help from customer service. But that was the only issue I ever had in 5 years and the machine continued to work with the broken dials. The new vibration control which changes washer speed automatically should help with that problem I hope. To replace the glass on the led dial costs $400 in parts plus additional labor costs.

The front door latch seems loose, but it does close and lock when it is pushed against the frame.
