Cycles take a long time. Perhaps I need more time to learn about the cycles. My Sears Kenmore Elite of 10 years was great. Time will tell.

Our 2009 Electrolux dryer had, unfortunately, reached its expiration date and we needed a replacement that was 38” tall or less, to fit under the bench top. Electrolux was the brand that fit and still provided a high-end large capacity machine. Given that our original Electrolux dryer lasted about 14 years, it was a pretty easy decision. We wanted to keep a matching set so we decided to also purchase this washing machine, even though the 2009 model was still working great. It’s brand new, but so far it seems to work great! The detergent drawer is a bit stiff to pull out (I miss the push button/spring loaded drawer on my old machine) and I’m not sure why there needs to be a separate setting to use detergent pods, but these are small things. Installation had a small hiccup when the team said the door wasn’t reversible , but a quick call to customer service and the installers returned the next day to reverse the door. I think the first visit they either didn’t have the time or didn’t know how. So far all my clothes have gone out clean ?
