We had some issues at the start, but they were promptly taken care of. The number of features and the eco score is unmatched. When I take the clothes out of washer, they are only damp, because the spin cycle works so well. Loving that it has the pod feature, such a big tub, and a sanitize.

The main reasons I picked out this washer (and matching dryer) were hand wash cycle (vs just delicate that most other brands have); pre soak stain option; powerful white setting; and no Wi-Fi connectivity._x000D_ _x000D_ I am absolutely satisfied with the washer- it was able to get rid of some hair dye stains that I thought were permanent. It is quiet, quick, and efficient- love it!

We just bought the new set model 7637. We have washed couple loads. The set looks awesome + washer & dryer operate very quite. We love our set. We highly recommend Electrolux washer & dryer to friends, family, and others. Thank Electrolux Team.

Needed washer and dryer to fit under granite. Most new models are way too tall. This washer and matching dryer were a perfect fit. My favorite feature is the 15 minute wash cycle.

I love my new washer. Compared to what I had, it's easy to use, it's quiet, and much more efficient. Definitely would recommend the buying of this machine, just don't buy it from Lowe's. Brand new washer scratched on the top during installation of pedestal. Still fighting after a month of communication to get resolution for this.

This washer is by far the nicest one Ive ever owned. What I love the most is the sound of the washer. There is none! It’s quiet. And best of all, it spins without any vibration or movement. I love doing laundry now, really, it’s so gratifying to be so happy while doing laundry.
