No dreaded high-pitched electronic inverter noise, unlike their lower cost competitors. This washer was the light at the end of the tunnel for our long dreaded purchasing experience trying other brands (LG, Whirlpool, and Samsung). The drum is slightly slanted to make it easier to see and reach into. There's an LED that elimimates shadows and lets us clearly see into the drum. Hoses in back are off-center so they aren't in the way of the dryer vent when stacked. Very happy with this unit!

We have had this washer now for about three weeks and it is living up to expectations. While on the more expensive side, the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” We love the quick 15 minute wash. Our clothes come out extremely clean and one benefit that we had not anticipated was that the spin cycles on the washer are so excellent that often times our clothes come out damp at best, making the drying cycle even shorter - using less energy. So far we could not be more pleased.

Love my new washer. First thing I noticed was how nice my bedding turned out. No more twisted up sheets! Washer spins out all water but somehow does it without wadding up the clothes. Nice looking also.

This washer really has it all, and it is very attractive. There are so many different features to take advantage of to truly customize your washes but you can also just set it to normal and go. I love the options for stain soak, optic whites, and hand wash. The 15 minute fast wash isn't ideal for full loads but if you have a few items you really need in a hurry, you can use the 15 minute fast wash and the 15 minute fast dry on the companion dryer and be ready to go in a half hour! I also appreciate that it deals with different types of detergents (liquid, powder, pods, etc.) differently to make the best use of them. Because this is a front load washer, I do recommend getting the laundry pedestal for this unit if you have the space.

I love my new Electrolux front loading washer and dryer. They have more bells and whistles than my old washer and dryer and I learn something new every time I use them. _x000D_ They get my laundry clean and hopefully we are saving on electricity. T would recommend these to my friends.

We had this washer delivered and installed this week and have used it on 4 different cycles so I thought I would give an overall review. We did a regular load, used the Optic Whites setting for our towels and bath mats, used the Active setting for our gym clothes and did one Fast Wash. Our towels and bath mats came out extremely clean without the use of bleach which can hurt cotton fabrics over time. The regular cycle was nothing overwhelming, clothes came out clean (as expected) in a normal amount of time for doing a wash cycle. The standout was for active wear setting. My wife and I both tend towards technical gear for our workouts. The downside of this is that those same clothes can still smell pretty funky even right out of the wash. In this case, they smelled like nothing but clean clothes. If you're a regular runner or gym goer like we are, I think you'll notice the difference it will make in your clothes. _x000D_ _x000D_ Last note is that the fast wash is really fast. On our last washer, it was 25 minutes, this is close to half that time and did every bit as good of a job. I would absolutely recommend this washer to purchasers with similar lifestyles.
