We had a 5 year old 500 series model. It was acting up, so had to get a new one._x000D_ Pleasantly surprised at the improvements. We had a heavy bath mat which the old model couldn't tackle: it came out sagging wet. The new model had no problem!_x000D_ Also, new unit is quieter.

I previously had a Speed Queen and I was told it was the best machine and it would last 25 years. My Speed Queen only lasted 10 years. I was very pleased to find out that my new Electrolux did a great job cleaning my clothes. My husband's exercise shirts never had a clean smell until we got our new Electrolux. I am so glad that we had to get a new washer/dryer.
