This is the second of this model washer we've purchased. Does a great job! As a test, we laundered an old military uniform item (white choker jacket) labeled "dry clean only" and the garment came out pristine - almost as good as new. No shrinking, discoloration, or distortion. 5/5 would highly recommend!

My previous Electrolux washer was fantastic, this one has updated features but don’t like washing the sheets/blankets since the end up in a giant ball and I have to unravel the water soaked sheets/blankets dripping water on the floor, the spin cycle is on normal. My previous Electrolux washer rarely had this issue. Overall I am pleased.

Great washer! Love that I can see through the glass door and know when it’s done. All of our clothes ( all types an fabrics) have come out very clean. Washer has settings for a variety of needs and load types. Love it!

Very happy so far with this washer. Having limited space in my laundry room, the capacity on this washer is so nice. I am very pleased with the performance and ease of use.

This washer cleans well and stays balanced during the spin cycle. It is quiet and easily handles large loads. The little plunger on the door to prop it open is a good idea, but it is a bit cumbersome to use, and I doubt it will last thru the life of the washer. The door isn't perfectly lined up with the latch, so we have to be careful when we close it. We've only had it a few months, and so far we are happy with it.

I can only rave about my new Electrolux front load washer._x000D_ It is so easy to use. It crushes my detergent pods, and drains all the water out at the end._x000D_ I also love the look of the machine, it's so sleek looking._x000D_ I can't wait for my dryer to break so I can get the dryer to go with my Electrolux washer.

Had an Electrolux washer/ dryer set prior to this one. Must have been a way better set as i rarely had unbalanced load issues. Purchased this one last fall. Started out OK, but now I have to babysit every load as it will unbalance and walk across the floor. Very disgusted, the last Electrolux did not do this. Will not buy Electrolux next time. Every washer should have a self balancing feature. Tried washing 3 pairs Jean shorts with one pair regular jeans. Finally had to give up finishing the cycle as the machine could not spin without horrible vibration. Just an example of how this machine is not working for me, who has time to sit with the washing machine that takes 65 minutes to wash 1 load!
