I love my new Electrolux. I was sad to leave my last set at my house when I sold it but now I have upgraded with a different model.

SO FAR I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS WASHER! EVERY LOAD I HAVE WASHED HAS COME VERY CLEAN. THE SPIN CYCLE IS GREAT, MY DRYER IS ABLE TO DRY THINGS QUICKLY. LOOKING FORWARD TO TRYING SOME OF THE DIFFERENT FEATURES MY OLD WASHER DID NOT HAVE!

Have only had it a month or so, but first thoughts are this is a great washer. Seems to do a good job cleaning the clothes. _x000D_ Controls are very easy to use and intuitive. Wash time is decent using normal settings, around 45 minutes. It also has a 15 minute speed wash cycle. _x000D_ What I like most is the low water and detergent usage. Saves on $$$ and I can feel like I am doing something good for the environment._x000D_ _x000D_ Most importantly, my wife (AKA "the laundry fairy") really likes it. Happy wife, happy life and all that. Our old top loading washer was getting to the point where it would walk 3 feet way across the cellar floor when she put in a load of heavy towels or bedding._x000D_ With the new front loader life is bliss. _x000D_ _x000D_ Time will tell as to how long this puppy lasts. _x000D_ Our last washer (a Maytag) lasted at least 15 years. Let's see a show of hands if you think this will last that long :-)_x000D_ _x000D_ A couple of tips:_x000D_ 1. Would recommend also getting the pedestal to elevate the machine to a good working height. _x000D_ 2. We almost bought an LG but found out you can't change the hinging on the door on the LG which we needed to do because our washer is to the right of the dryer. On the Electrolux you can change the door hinging so no problem.

Our last Electrolux was 16 years old before we decided to upgrade it. After raising 3 children and doing multiple loads per day- it was time for a new one. This is one heavy washing machine! (This is good!) It is built like a commercial unit. The installers even mentioned that it is the heaviest washer that they have installed. We like the fact that this unit has more functions and features than our old one. We looked at the other less expensive brands and decided it wasn't worth taking the risk on a lesser quality machine. We expect this unit to last just as long as the one it replaced. In the end we purchased the matching washer and dryer with an even better discount. At a time where companies build throw away products with a short life expectancy, it's great to see Electrolux is still building quality products. I highly recommend the Electrolux brand.

All the features are purposeful and easy to use. The machine is also very quiet and it handles the balancing, superbly. Well done and thank you!

The dryer that was sent to me had an issue with the top and front panels not lining up. This unit was replaced a few days later. The replacement unit works great and I am very happy.

We really like our new Electrolux washing machine. It was provided by Sears as a warranty replacement for our old machine and it's been great so far.

In order to get clothes clean you have to add cycles to the “regular” cycle making what once took 45 minutes with my old washer to 90 minutes or more with this washer.
