We have had this machine for two weeks. It was professionally installed by a local appliance store that provides reliable service. My only complaint is that for a two person household the machine struggles doing small loads. A small load doesn’t balance out during the spin cycle sometimes causing the machine to stop due to vibration leaving clothes wet. It can handle large loads well. I’m still trying to figure out the best mix of laundry to assure a smooth spin cycle. Also, it is not clear what the effect of some control options are. Gone are the days of ‘small, medium, large’ load selections with sub options of Heavy Soil, Normal Soil etc. I’d opt for keep it simple and reliable..

I've had it for a week. It's quiet, washes large and regular items well, balances the load well. It seems to need very little soap for a load.

This is a great washer! My clothes come out clean and it spins the water out excellent. I love the pods feature along with the refresh feature. The start delay is great too. It is so quiet. I reversed the front door which is another great option to have.

My old washer was 20 years old and no longer efficient. Had to do small loads or it would walk._x000D_ So did my due diligence and researched.I chose my Electrolux based on that. I've had my machine for almost a month,and do a couple of loads a week. The tub is at least a third larger than my old machine,which is great. Less loads, less water. My laundry comes out clean and fresh._x000D_ Other than the pump being noisy,the machine is running great. My laundry is in the back of my house so it's not a big issue, just startling at first._x000D_ I do hope that this machine will also give me 20 years.

Love this machine so far. The controls are intuitive and provide a lot of variables for specific types of washing. The drum size is huge. Time will tell with appliances.
